Welcome to bhagoo. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bhagoo ("bhagoo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bhagoo.vip and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the bhagoo Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. bhagoo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account on the bhagoo Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the permanent closure of all identified accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bhagoo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify bhagoo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create or operate your account.
• You must not access another player's account under any circumstances.
• bhagoo may at its sole discretion refuse to open an account without providing reasons.

All financial transactions on the bhagoo Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bhagoo does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Deposits and withdrawals must be processed exclusively through the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bhagoo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to confirm current available methods before initiating a transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to additional review in accordance with bhagoo's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

bhagoo does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your bhagoo account must originate from a payment instrument legally registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

From time to time, bhagoo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of and are incorporated into this Agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bhagoo offers:

• Each bonus is available to one (1) eligible account per household, per device, and per shared IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion details. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are detailed in each promotion.
• bhagoo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting system errors.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• bhagoo may modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time with or without notice. Players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice wherever practicable.

bhagoo is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Use of any software, algorithm, robot, spider, scraper, or automated tool to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected error are void and must be returned to bhagoo.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match fixing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information during the verification process.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards bhagoo staff or other players via any communication channel.

Game outcomes on bhagoo are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by independent game providers. bhagoo does not alter, influence, or manipulate the outcomes of any game. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for all slot titles are set by the respective game studios and are not modified by bhagoo.

All content on the bhagoo Platform, including but not limited to the bhagoo name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade names, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, text, images, audio, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of bhagoo or its licensors. bhagoo does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond bhagoo's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. bhagoo shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions where reasonable steps are taken to minimise their duration and impact.

In the event that bhagoo is found liable to you for any reason, its total cumulative liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bhagoo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Suspected multi-accounting or abuse of promotional offers.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of your account for any reason other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.
